Teaching Philosophy

I teach an accessible style of vinyasa and hatha yoga specializing in safe & effective alignment and techniques to adapt the practice to your current abilities. My approach to teaching yoga is being in tune with your body and engineering it from inside to out. In our sessions, I’ll encourage you to find your inner teacher as you observe what you need in the moment. We will honor whatever it may be – pushing towards your edge in a challenging pose or restoring the body for deep relaxation and healing. I’m here only to serve as a guide for you in finding your fullest expression.
